DR. WALEED ALI is an associate professor at the faculty of Computing and Information Technology in Rabigh, King Abdulaziz University since September 2013. He received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the faculty of Science, Taiz University, Yemen in 2005. He obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. (Computer Science) from the faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia(UTM), Malaysia in 2009 and 2012, respectively. In 2012, Dr. Waleed Ali got the Best Student Award 2012 from School of Graduate Studies (SPS), Universiti Technology Malaysia (UTM). He has published many papers in high impact factor journals, good conferences, and book chapters. Besides, he contributed outstandingly in reviewing many papers submitted to high impact factor journals. His research interests include intelligent web caching, intelligent web prefetching, web usage mining, intelligent phishing website detection, intelligent Android malware detection, fuzzy logic, evolutionary optimization algorithms, and machine learning techniques and their applications.
