Authors of all accepted papers must submit The final camera-ready papers and other materials for registration electronically. Please revise the paper strictly in accordance with the referee comments. Publication chairs will go through all the final camera-ready papers before finalizing the proceedings.

Paper Length: The final camera-ready papers may be 4 to 6 pages, but papers of 7 or 8 pages are acceptable with extra page charges. All papers should be at least 4 pages.

Paper Format: Follow the given IEEE Paper Template (MS word or TeX) strictly. The title, author names, affiliations etc. should strictly follow the format. Do not use author titles (Dr. Prof. etc. ) in front of names and also avoid using positions (Professor, Lecturer, Scholar etc.). The title shall be in Normal fonts (not capitals)

IEEE Copyright Form: All authors must also complete and submit a copy of IEEE Copyright Form to accompany with each paper submission. IEEE copyright form (.pdf) can be created  using a Word form / PDF form.

IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format: The final camera-ready papers must be compatible with IEEE Xplore. Create the compatible manuscript following the below step:

1. Proofread your manuscript and check its paper payout.
2. Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site, click on the link "New Users - Click Here", fill in your information, and create your IEEE PDF eXpress account with the SoCPaR2015 conference ID,  38191XP. This ID is available in November 01, 2015- November 25, 2015.
3. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to convert your source file into IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
4. Note that PDF Xpress only creates the PDF files for you, and you should submit the converted file at our online submission system as given below.

Submission of Manuscripts: Prepare the below four manuscript, zip them into one zip file, and  upload using your IAS 2015 Easychair account:

• The final camera-ready paper (PDF) created using the above IEEE PDF eXpress.
• Source files (MS word or TeX).
• IEEE copyright form.
• Payment receipt of your registration.

Upload procedure is:

• select proceedings author 
• --> Papers (main menu) 
• --> Update this paper (upper right corner)
• --> Submit a New Version
