Toc H is an international charity movement emerged in Belgium during World War 1. Toc H Institute of Science and Technology (TIST) is owned by Toc H Public School Society, which started its operations in 1978. TIST established in 2002, is one of Kerala’s fastest growing Engineering Institution, attracting extremely talented management & engineering students across the nation. Within a short span, the college has established a strong record of academic excellence, a rich tradition of interdisciplinary research and a diverse and enthusiastic faculty skilled in independent learning and the art of design.  
The institute has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Kerala and recognized by Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT). TIST offers Under Graduate programmes in Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , and Safety & Fire Engineering. TIST offers Post Graduate Programmes in Network Computing, Data Security, Power Electronics, VLSI and Embedded system, Wireless Technology, Thermal Engineering, Construction Engineering & Management, and Business Administration. TIST has now approved intakes strength of 540 students at the UG level and 156 students at the PG level and 60 students for MBA Programme per year.
