Notes:

  1. All registration fees do NOT include a banquet fee, and on-site purchase of banquet tickets is unacceptable due to restaurant booking. Please choose both your correct registration category and a banquet option if you are interested in enjoying banquet at an IZAKAYA-style restaurant.
  2. Those who pay their registration fees using bank transfer must bear remittance charges of a remittance bank in their countries, an intermediary bank(s), and our recipient bank in Japan.
  3. If you are a non-IEEE student member, joining IEEE by Aug. 7, 2015 and paying a half-year member Student Membership fee are much less expensive; see IEEE membership fees.
  4. Student of non-IEEE members should submit a scanned copy of student ID or a document issued by their universities electrically and show their original one at the SoCPaR 2015 registration desk.
  5. Attendees' companions need to purchase a banquet ticket if they want to enjoy conference banquet, too.

Registration and Payment Methods for Authors:

Please submit a ZIP file including four materials specified in the Final Camera-Ready Paper page by October 2, 2015 (Japan Standard Time) using your SoCPaR 2015 Easychair account:

1. Credit Card or PayPal:

2. Bank Transfer from Japan:

  • Registration form: Fill out an Excel form and upload together with four materials requested in the above "Submission of the Final Camera-Ready Papers for Registration" section.

3. Bank Transfer from Overseas to the SoCPaR2015 account at Japan Post Bank (detail information).
  • The sender's name should be the registrant's name.
  • As commission fees charged by intermediary banks(s) and Japan Post Bank are unknown and exchanging rate will change, add 5000 JPY to your registration fee and wire them if you make remittance from outside Japan. We will adjust the difference between our actual receipt and your registration fee at our on-site registration desk; we will return/charge it to you.
  • Registration form: Fill out an Excel form and upload together with four materials requested in the above "Submission of the Final Camera-Ready Papers for Registration" section.
