This year, WICT’14 provide a broader platform in cooperating Government, Academia and Industry under one roof to encourage closer collaboration among these three parties towards “Empowering Nation through ICT”. We kindly invite you to propose a Special Track in the congress. WICT 2014 is intended to be a platform for knowledge sharing among researcher. WCIT 2014 Special Tracks are sessions organized by high-profile organizers that host at least 15 potential papers in a special podium session as part of the conference program. The organizer’s logo will appear in the conference program as “Co- Organizer.”
 Proposal submission 
The guidelines for organizing and submitting a Special Track :

• Submit Special Track proposal using the “Special Track Proposal Form” to sitirahayu@utem.edu.my and wict.mirlabs@gmail.com before June 15th, 2014.
• Successful Special Track should consists of at least 15 papers. 
• The Special Track organizer may manage the paper submission and review process separately.
• Special Track which required review service from the main organizer, paper submission should be made through  https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wict20140 .  Special Track organizer should submit the list of submitted papers to Publication Chair at huoy@utem.edu.my and wict.mirlabs@gmail.com after the paper submission deadline.  

Paper review and selection

• The special track organizer is responsible for having each paper reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
• The special track organizer will make the final selection of papers for the track.
• The special track organizer must email all accepted authors information to the Publication Chair athuoy@utem.edu.my and wict.mirlabs@gmail.com, before the paper acceptance notification deadline. WCIT2014 organization committee is responsible to send the official invitation letters and the registration information to the authors.
• All accepted authors are required to register and provide full payment by the conference registration deadline.
• Camera-ready submission will be managed by the main organizing committee.
• The special track organizer will act as chairman of the special track at the conference.
